The thought of converting from my usual all black "angel of death" look (as Kyle says) to an all red look has been daunting. This year, I was feeling especially festive on Valentine's Day and thought it would be the best time to bring out all the red I have in my closet.

Lately I've been really interested in taking pictures of people. I find that people are the best subjects and always create more emotion than the picture itself. Lately, I've been working on not being so shy and asking random people on the street for their photograph. It's so hard though!

Fashion week is over.

I didn't partake in any festivities this fashion week other than this vintage fashion show for a vintage clothing store in my neighborhood, Fille de Joie. With a few friends in the show I was excited to go especially since I had no clue what to expect. Here are a few pictures I took!

Last weekend while at a flea market in Brooklyn I stumbled upon an old Nikon 35mm camera. Not knowing if it worked I bargained with the guy and left with the camera only spending a buck, literally. After more than a week, I finally got the first roll of film developed. Pleasantly surprised, I LOVE the way the pictures turned out..

Needless to say, my new favorite camera!

It's been a long time coming but I am finally doing the damn thing.

Winter weather always seems to bring out the best in me. I stay in instead of going out, eat instead of drink, draw instead of drugs, ya feel? This is the time of year when I find myself home more than ever, and actually get shit done!

My vacation home to the BAY was relaxing as hell and definitely needed. Now that I'm rejuvenated, I'm ready to get back in the game. Hopefully my batting average will be .400 by the end of this year.
